"During a recent open house, Carlye Baenen became aggressive and rude as we walked through the house. She convinced us the house was over priced by exclaiming “this is a very expensive house and everything is very expensive”. They stalked us and yelled at our children any time they looked at something. When our sons touched some horses on the floor of the child’s bedroom, she started yelling at our children. They also touched a pillow at which point she got so aggressive that we immediately left. Not once did she respectfully ask us to leave or not touch anything. It became so uncomfortable our son started crying. Very rude and aggressive experience. We liked the house but would never purchase through her after that experience. While I respect her wanting things to not get damaged, it was completely unprofessional and it was evident she was selling in too expensive of market for her comfort. Our children were being gentle and respectful and we corrected them if they touched anything potentially breakable. I hope she’s provided some professionalism and people skills training in the near future."
