"We went there right before Thanksgiving to look for large Christmas trees. No one on staff was the least bit interested in helping us, or in our business. Their Christmas tree selection was depleted and even though we spent over $600 on shrubs and wreath, no one seemed to care. So different from our prior experiences, where staff went out of their way to be helpful."
