"I am not one to complain by any means and I will say Julia had helped me with my health just as I needed; however, I had to cancel my appointment due to losing my health insurance and So I left a voicemail doing so. I never got a call back or anything until just about 2 weeks ago (my appointment was 1/4/18) I get a call from a debt collector stating I owe $75 from solace mental health. I immediately called solace mental health of course no one answered and so I left a voicemail stating what happened and was unsure why I owed money for an appointment I never attended. A few minutes later I get a TEXT with the contract with a highlighted section stating “if you do not cancel the appointment within 2 days of appointment you will be charged $75” along with “you have to deal with collections at this point.” Yes i understand it’s my fault i take full responsibility since i signed the contract, so I call collections back who tell me I owe a collections fee on top of the $75 totaling $96. Very unprofessional staff/office I will not recommend."
