"Arrived and signed in at 10:30 on a Wednesday. There was new year paperwork to complete which I did and at 10:40 when my son still had not been called back I approached the desk to investigate. I was assured that he would be called back quickly by the woman to whom I had given my paperwork. Ten minutes later at 10:52 my son still had not been called and I approached the desk again. This time I was greeted by Melissa and a petite woman whose name it didn’t catch. I asked again how long it would be and Melissa went to check. I then began to explain we would not be able to wait much longer but was interrupted by the petit woman who stated “she is checking”. Irritated at being interrupted I said regardless of the answer we may need to leave to get back to school. Melisa returned and promised my son would be called quickly while giving the petit woman a raised eyebrow, and roling her eyes giving that look that people share when they want to imply something like “ good grief can you believe her” . I think that Melissa’s lack of empathy for our situation is unacceptable. We had waited 25 just to get a shot. Her behavior is disrespectful after all we are the patient and without us there is no need for her at all. I hope Dr. Hubbard is made aware of this interaction."

"Overpriced, months of wait time and refused to see me after they had run my credit card for the doctor visit as I’m out if pocket pay. I was 10 minutes late but had brought the appropriate paperwork they sent me. The paperwork they gave me was outdated, so I was required to fill their new form, I no longer had time left for my appointment after waiting three months. I understand we all have schedules to follow as I do with my clientele, however I always make time for my clientele when they made the effort and wait to see me. I will explain the visit may have to be shortened due to time restrictions and accommodate accordingly. Scheduling clientele too close together does no one any favors."

"I had another specialist diagnose me with long Covid. I have gone over 50 hours without sleep once and over 30 hours on a different occasion from this. Dr. Hubbard is so genuine, professional, and thorough. He told me that he didn't buy into the "long covid" thing, and that we aren't just going to sit here and have me suffer through this. He put me on a really aggressive asthma, allergy, and antacid regimen. He and his staff genuinely care about their patients."

"I've been going here for almost a year now and the experience has been smooth and the staff is kind and professional! I had never had allergy testing before and they did a thorough job finding all my allergies. They also did asthma testing/diagnosis at the same time as the allergy testing - one easy appointment for all the initial testing and from there I was able to move onto treatment with the office. They allow you to transition into getting allergy immunotherapy shots (if it's the right course of action) quickly and the staff is caring. The office downtown is great for receiving the shots and other appointments. All staff I've interacted with is friendly and helpful and all my phone calls have been answered with someone helpful on the other end!"
