"My son seen Dr. Phillips for ear tubes the first time and everything went well and he still doesn’t have anymore ear infections since then. We went back a year later because he wasn’t sleeping that well come to find out he has sleep apnea and he’s tonsils and Adenoids we’re enlarged so they removed them and he sleeps better now."

"The PA that saw me did not listen to my complaints. He suggested to continue using a spray that I had been using for months to no effect at all, and suggested a supplement that has very little data proven to be effective; essentially snake oil. He did not seem to care about my issues at all. Stay away from this place. If your doctor refers you to here, request elsewhere."

"If you want to be talked down to and treated badly while just trying to schedule your first appointment. This is the place for you. Needless to say we went elsewhere when they said rudely, "you don't call us, we call you." I would highly recommend Dr. Charles Layton Elliott instead."

"The doctors are great but the front office staff and allergy clinic are awful at the Carmel location. The front office staff have little interest in helping patients. The allergy clinic is an absolute mess. They cycle through staff so often that there is always someone in training with no clue what they are doing. Their internal communication is horrendous - we've witnessed a patient be given the wrong serum, they've given us the wrong dose, and that's after they go back and forth on who's doing what and they disappear to a mystery office in the back for 20 minutes. You can't get through to anyone on the phone because they never answer their extension or return messages timely. They schedule appointments after the front office closes but then they switch the phone to a "call back tomorrow during office hours" message with no option to enter the extension to the allergy clinic staff. They also frequently leave the room with everyone's serums and syringes unlocked and unattended. All around poor management and little concern for patient care and safety."

"So grateful for Dr. Huntley! I moved to Indiana from down south and for the past Five months I have had what my primary care doc/health clinic's RN have been calling a cold for which I had taken amoxicillin and a zpack, and subsequently, bad allergies. I did not think that's what I had and so before my third follow-up I called around with my semi-emergency and was able to get squeezed onto Dr. Huntley's schedule. I'm pretty sure he worked into lunch to make sure my appointment wasn't rushed even though I was an add in. He took notes on my entire history, concerns, thoughts- and finally believed my intuition. Chronic low grade sinus infection! Two weeks later and I haven't been able to breathe this well or go this long without blowing my nose/cough up mucous since 2015. I am a super happy patient and definitely recommend Dr. Huntley :)"
