She really helped us get the care we needed for our dog and gave us options to get her better. Today my is dog is back to her self and thriving. Thanks again!"

"Been coming here for years and something changed. I'm not liking it anymore. Like other reviews suggest, it seems they are pushing customer service on these "money grab" schemes new policies forcing customers to spend money on not needed new services. I've witnessed also other customers come in and were told mistakenly that they needed some vaccines that they already got a month ago. And then to top it off they'll hit you with some hidden fees $80 for "one time" consultation. Consultation about what? I just wanted my dog groomed. This is last time I'll be coming here for sure."

"Coyne used to be fantastic. Unfortunately things have changed, the good vets have come and gone, and the staff is inexperienced at the front desk, back, and management. They will do anything to make an extra dollar. If you speak to people who have left working there, it’s been for good reason. The communication is where they are lacking the most. It’s probably best to establish with a small, non franchised type of vet if you want great care and fair prices. You will not find it here. Also the sad dogs there to be window shopped reminds me of Petland. There are so many vets in the area to choose from and as I searched for a new vet for my dogs it seemed many people had unwritten bad experiences at Coyne. People don’t like being a “Karen” but for my dogs that are like my children, I will do it in a heartbeat."
