"Absolutley NO. This is staffed by the most arrogant, irresponsible, rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional people. The pharmacist thinks they can dictate, above your doctor. They treat you with no respect. Their licenses should be revoked. *UPDATE* If poor business practice wasn't enough, this pharmacy staff had the gall to call doctor's of mine, telling them I was making a scene at the store: yelling profusely and threatening myself and others. The kicker is: THE INTERACTION WAS OVER THE PHONE!!! These actions are intolerable, defamatory, and illegal. For you're own security stay away, You have been warned. Indiana Attorney General do some diligence and take a look at the malpractice going on here."

"Please note I'm ranking the pharmacy ZERO stars... I switched to them around the beginning of 2023. Each encounter, I was ignored/ passed over in the drive through multiple times in each visit.EVERY SINGLE TIME. When asked why, they presented with oops. However skipping me once is an accident. Any more is intentional. Each visit I had to endure extended wait times for the pharmacist to confirm paperwork matched my profile info. No one made the effort to inform the pharmacist that they were needed. I kindly waited over 20 minutes in one visit. When asked why I'm waiting they explained the above. I called them out firmly that they suck at their job(s) and should have informed the pharmacist that folks were waiting on her in drive through. They gave me the equivalent of that sucks for you. You have to wait. If I gotta wait. Don't go back to your podium and stand there for 20 minutes. Go tell the person in charge that they're needed. I was blacklisted because I called them out on their poor excuse of operation as a pharmacy. When I reached out to corporate and filing an official complaint, they said the dm would reach out to me swiftly. That was October 18th of 2023! It's now November 20th. 2023. When I called corporate again 2 weeks ago, they said the dm already called me on Oct 19th. My cell records don't have anything that's not saved in my phone. That was a lie. Then today I called and was told that they're not going to look into it because the pharmacist made the call and that's all they're willing to do. No investigation. No override and certainly no clean house to retrain people on how to run a pharmacy. Whats the point of corporate and people above the pharmacist if they're not going to make sure things are done properly. A child who can read is capable of the stuff I "had" to wait for."

"First, this cvs (off 231 in Crown Point, IN) has their clocks set 8-10 min ahead. So when I came in at 7:45 pm to get my rx, their clock showed I had about 5 min. Until closing time. They already had the window blockers down on most of the pharmacy section. Next, Alexandria clearly needs more people skills. The look on her face and attitude that she gave me, told me she was irritated a customer came in 15 min before closing, (5 min on cvs time). Due to an error on their part, they put in wrong good rx code. Next, it was the wrong price even after changing code. I showed her my phone and price. She said nothing she can do, it’s the price that comes up on system. I asked who do I need to talk to so I can get straightened out. I was told she cant help me because they close at 8:00. Lol. So I reiterated my question and said, “ok, thats fine. But who do I need to talk to so I can get this straightened out? Do i call good rx or cvs?” In an irritated tone once again, she said good rx. Found out the reason I didnt get correct pricing was because they filled my dog’s medication without my knowledge the week before. I never authorized auto refill. When good rx called me back I was told the woman she talked to at cvs was not very friendly and that whomever she spoke to told her I had an attitude last night. I guess this is how professionals deal with the public. Just like high schoolers. Lol. Cvs management needs to teach these pharmacy workers how to keep the correct time, and also how to give much better customer service. Grow up. And please get more training. Terrible way to deal with customers. Edit: added Pic to show…a 10 min. Difference in time. Need i say more? Oh…and the reason it went to 8:07 was because of cvs mistake with the good rx number. And now I realized why I didnt get the correct amount on coupon…they also have my address wrong. And that should match my gold card for good rx. So “Jaree” make sure you tell the truth. Also, you may wanna come up with a better story next time you say you’re a “customer” giving nutso reviews. Lol. It’s obvious who you are by the amount of psychotic anger you showed regarding a “customer review” for cvs. So defensive for “a customer”. Have a drink or something…that bp is probably a little high. I guess all us 1 star reviewers must be lying tho."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Was just at this location to fill a prescription and they were out of stock even though a couple days before that they said they were, and would definitely have it filled. I went there before they closed, and with a line of 3 people they decided once it was past 8:00 they could no longer help. That was obviously the managers call, and they could have made an exception. Terrible customer service at this location, would advise going anywhere else."

"The worst customer service at a pharmacy I've ever experienced. I understand we are all human, we have bad days but no one here is ever pleasant to deal with. If you don't like your job, do something else!"
