"I spent 8 weeks trying to get a quote from this company. They sent their team out and measured 4 large projects for me. Never heard anything for three weeks... when they finally did call me back it was because they left their ladder on my construction site... they asked me to return it to them so I drive it to their office and remind them about the quotes... three more weeks go by and I call multiple times, nothing. Here’s the kicker though, I just say to myself “they don’t want my business” so I call their Knox location and they tell me that they can’t help me because the Plymouth location won’t let them come into “their territory”. 8 weeks later still no quote and they’re stopping other people who want to do the job from doing it. These people are trash."
