"Does great work. Fixed a cracked windshield for me and some other work, as well. He's a busy man. He's done a few odds and ends for me on my Mustang GT since this review and he'll be doing more once he catches up on some more important work that needs to be done quicker. "Hello to all:. Recently my 2001 BMW 330Ci suddenly began to run rough, hard starting and dash indicators came on. This car is a well maintained and always gets what it needs to run right. A call to Bob's to diagnose the problem was a good thing, got me in that day. Codes showed a bad crankshaft sensor as the most likely culprit. I purchased a new sensor and it was installed by Bob. Unfortunately it was a bad sensor. A second sensor as purchase thru Bob from BMW, which saved me money, and installed. Completely fixed the problem and car runs as good as new. Lesson here is, don't buy sensors that are anything but OEM or better. Bob's prices are more than reasonable. A very good mechanic, knowledgeable, nice people. Will be taking my car back for preventative maintenance and any other unforseen problems. Joe L."

"My wife and son were on a road trip when our car began having A/C issues on a 90 plus degree day and the brakes began to grind near Plymouth ( 1 hour and 30 minutes away from home). I searched auto repair shops in the area and Bob's was the first shop I called after reading all the great reviews. Michelle answered the phone and was so pleasant as I explained to her that my wife was traveling and the problems with the car. She told me to "have her come on in and Bob will check it out so we can get them cooled off". Bob immediately corrected the issue with the A/C and then checked on our brakes. He found that the pads were down to roughly 10% and showed my wife how bad the brakes were. They gave us a fair quote with no pressure. We asked if he could possibly fix them today and Bob got right on it. They got my wife and son back on the road safely and quickly. We can't thank them enough for their kindness and willingness to fix our vehicle problems right away. Great people and a great business!! We highly recommend Bob's Automotive and would be our go to mechanic if we lived closer!!"
