"What a great experience. Came in on a Tuesday morning at 7:30 because I had a battery die on a small engine I use for my business. When I walked in the store I was immediately greeted and asked how I could be helped. Robert, dropped what he was doing and grabbed his battery tester and with in 2 minutes he knew I needed a replacement battery. Instead of replacing the small battery with the same one, he asked what and how my machine worked. He then recommended a larger size marine battery with would better preform due to the way I use it.
