"It's 530 on a Friday evening and Paul from Riviera. Utilities came out and fixed our refrigerator with a very nominal overtime cost. I cannot recommend Riviera appliances enough for quick repairs.."
"They are absolutely ridiculous the service is the worst. We haven't even had their internet for 6 months and it cuts out multiple times every single day! I called to get help and told them to have the tech come in the afternoon since my boyfriend and I both work mornings. However their tech decides to show up at 7:50 in the morning. So I rescheduled and their tech just decides to not show up and when I called to find out why we never had the tech come out they claimed he spoke to someone and had rescheduled the service for a week later. He never spoke to any of us! Why am I paying for service that stops working properly not even 6 months into having it and their workers can't come do their job. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!"
