"OWA park was always a Family favorite for us. They have great rides, food, and cute Christmas decorations. My family visits each year from out of state during the holiday season and it's our favorite thing to do. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed during this year's visit. Our day started off poorly with an employee at the front entrance giving us a hard time. We had bought some Starbucks drinks on OWA property and he told us we couldn't bring them in the park. We've been coming here for years (some of us even have annual passes) and have NEVER had this issue before. He stared at us while we tried to chug our drinks (not even enjoying them) outside of the park and we got to a point where we just had to throw them away. Such a silly thing to enforce especially since it's a complete ghost town during the holidays and they don't make much money. My biggest issue of the day was the big main roller coaster. I was extremely concerned with the safety of this ride. The employees bucked up and locked/secured everyone into their seats. Then suddenly the leg portion of my restraint began to lift off my legs and disengaged. Employees saw this, re-secured my seat, and inspected everyone else's seat. I have no idea what happened but I was absolutely terrified and didn't know if my seat would suddenly unlock itself again while riding the coaster. I hope and pray that management looks into this situation and confirms the ride is operating properly. Lastly the Mystic Mansion ride, which was a family favorite, was barely operating correctly. 9/10 sensors were not working - you can shoot at them until you're blue in the face but they would not work. Such a shame as this used to be a very fun ride and it was completely useless during our last visit. One again I hope that management can take all these issues into consideration and make necessary changes. My review used to be 5 stars for this establishment but I was extremely disappointed recently. Hoping to bring this back up to 5 stars in the future."

"The whole experience of tropic falls at OWA was overall pretty fun. I will say it's more geared for kids and teens but there are some fun rides for adults as well. Downtown OWA was really nice but a little overpriced. The whiskey bar was really good. I will say that as a whole the entire park is a little overpriced for what u get, but still really fun"

"Awesome experience here! We visited on a Thursday afternoon with the 20$Off special; and enjoyed every moment. All the slides were a thrill! And there were barely any lines, especially for the theme park side. But the summer has just started, so we were lucky! My only disappointment was the energy and temperament of some of the staff, not all but most. It was loooowww! Barely any smiles, and just could feel they were just there to do their jobs, not so interested in making it enjoyable! Lucky the park was a joy within self! Well definitely be back by the summers end!"
