"Worst Hampton ever !!! The new general manager is very unprofessional who sleeps with the houseman in the rooms who is in rehab and that has active warrants!!! And smokes vapes all in the rooms and in the elevator!!! Believe you would rather stay at the one in gulf shores plus they will not pay their workers!!!!"

"If you are elderly with handicaps, don't expect a good night's sleep at this Hampton Inn. Beds do not have pillow tops- causing pressure points on arthritic joints. Tossing and turning, joints aching, and writing this review at 2am sitting on one pillow in a chair with another along the back to cushion my head. This place reinforces my opinion of most hotels and their consideration for the handicapped or elderly."
"If you are coming to stay in Foley, this is the place. Clean, friendly, very well maintained. This is the only place I want my family to stay when they come to town, well here or Home2. Can’t go wrong with either."
"The hotel was worth $150 at best and $130 on a bad day. The service lady at the desk was lovely, but due to the short staff and poor planning on management for peak season, the level of service was subpar. We wanted towels and had to bring our dirty towels to the laundry room. Upon checkout, we left a message for the manager to call us, and it has been a week, but still no call. The area on that side of the bridge, in general, wasn’t prepared for peak season. Unfortunately, we may have to find another family vacation spot, or staying on the other side of the bridge will be the standard moving forward."
