"I would never recommend anyone use this pool company for repairs. I waited two weeks for my appointment, then no one showed up after I waited all day. No one in the office could tell me where the technician was or what was going on. A few days later, he shows up at my door with no warning ahead of time (glad I was home!). The repair to my pool light leak was done horribly. He used epoxy that was white and not matching to my pool and smeared it around with his hands and you can still see his fingerprints in the epoxy. Awful looking and an eyesore, not to mention it did not fix the leak! I called them back to come and rectify the situation as it was still leaking and I have not gotten a response. So, I paid them $140 for NOTHING. Extremely unprofessional company and horrible workmanship!"
