"I really do try to go to Lowes because the inventory is full, most of time, and if they don’t have it, you order and get it sent to the local store or directly to your home. If you know what you want, know how you are going to use it and you have all the tools, you’re all set. If you are not sure what you need, how you’re going to use it correctly, and hope the tools at the ready, you may need to do your own Google look up to figure it all out. There is never any staff nearby. You could be standing looking up the shelves all day, no one will come over and ask you if you need anything. It’s just frustrating to shop there."

"Top shelf! From the cleanliness of the store to the engaged and friendly employees, this Lowe’s is doing it right! Grabbed several things here while in South Alabama. A friendly employee directed me to the oven thermometers even though the Lowe’s app showed them not having any in stock. Very grateful for the tip and the direction for how to find my stuff."
