"Worst experience. It only took me 2 experiences w her to determine she wasn’t right. As a first timer for therapy I was vulnerable and needed help. She was consistently late…over 30 minutes. I had to reschedule multiple times because of this and finally I stop trying bc it seemed like my time wasn’t worthy of hers. Seemed she could care less. She ordered labs that I never did and still charged me for it. When I called and asked for them to be refunded it never happened. Extremely difficult communication and correspondence system. Her “office” is just her living room in her open floor house which is uncomfortable and unwelcoming. She had her dogs there w her during the session and didn’t care to ask if you want them there. One her dogs even peed in her lap while I was trying to have an emotional moment! She charged me for a full session and I still had 20 minutes left. And asked for my time to be compensated or added to the next session but that never happened either. An embarrassing foray into therapy for me that shook me and ruined my first attempt."

"I am so grateful for Dr Krause. When I first met with her, she ordered labs to make sure all my blood levels were where they needed to be. She also talked to me to ensure I was getting all the vitamins & minerals I needed for my body to function optimally. After that she made a simple medication change that no other doctor before her thought to make. That simple change has made all the difference and I've been happier & have felt healthier than I have in years! I've finally found "my doctor" & that is such a relief!"

"I had such high hopes for Dr. Krause. We spoke and I finally felt like someone was going to be able to help me. The only issue was is that everything she said she was going to do she did not follow through on. She did not renew my medications or send me my info for a blood work. I have called her office 3 times a day for the past week trying to understand what is going on and someone has answered once and basically told me she "didn't know what she wanted me to do" I have not had medication and am going through withdrawals. I am so sad about this one... I poured my heart and soul out to her on how I had been struggling and was venerable; she gave me false hope and did not even put in a simple prescription. It has now been 7 days since we first spoke, still no information from her and her team, no medication and no blood test information. 275$ out of my pocket, waste of time (now I am trying to get in to see new drs and the wait lead is 3 weeks), and I have none of my basic medications which is causing a huge issue in my work as well as day to day life. I don't like to bad mouth people but this was something I have never experienced before; I keep thinking is this a scam/is she a real dr?"

"Dr. Krause has absolutely changed my life. Her comprehensive approach to treatment - addressing the whole picture through thorough blood work, detailed prescribing, and genuine compassion and empathy - opened up a new world for me. I went from consistent panic attacks, anxiety, and unfunctional depression to happy and stable and capable for literally the first time in my life. I only wish I had been able to see her earlier in my life. Dr. Krause legitimately cares about her patients, is very easy to talk to, non-judgmental, and does NOT have a "one-size fits all" approach to medication and treatment. In my experience, and the experience of others I know who have also sought psychiatric help, this is a fairly unique, special quality in a doctor. I truly cannot emphasize how much Dr. Krause has done for me and what an amazing doctor and person she is."

"I went to Dr Krause seeking help for long-term insomnia. At the first visit ($300, not covered by insurance) she was very encouraging and suggested I take an additional medication and discontinue one of the meds I was taking. She told me to call her after 3-4 days. Getting off the old med cold-turkey caused me to have 3 entirely sleepless nights, after which I reached out to her via email as she had suggested. I got no response from her for over 2 days and when she did respond, she merely restated what she had already told me, which was what I was doing. When I called in to try to get more help, I was told that i would have to have a phone interview with Dr Krause ($150, not covered by insurance). I actually had two of these calls with the doctor suggesting a couple of tweaks to my meds, none of which helped. After the 2nd expensive phone call, Dr Krause said that there were many more options and that she would either be calling me to discuss the options or calling in a different medication. After that---nothing--no call to me or my pharmacy. We never had upsetting discussions, nor did I make any demands--she just dropped me. Weeks have gone by now and still no contact from her. I have never been so disappointed by a doctor."
