"I called Central Comfort Services and scheduled for them to send out a technician to repair 2 HVAC that either were not working or not working properly for a 7:30am appointment. On the day of the scheduled appointment I received a text message about 30 minutes prior to the appointment giving me the name of the technician coming to my house and providing me with his background experience. He arrived exacted on time and was very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. He had both my HVAC units up and running in less than 2 hours. I asked him a lot of questions which he gladly answered. I had another company’s technician come out a few month earlier that has been providing me HVAC services under a maintenance contract for many years. He gave me a long list of problems with these units and some potential future problems along with the high cost to correct them. When I asked the Central Comfort technician if those replacement parts and motors needed to be replaced now, his response was that they would probably continue to work for several more years. I decided based on his judgement not to proceed with expensive replacements before they were needed. He put no pressure on me to make those future replacements now and I appreciated his honest opinion of what to do. I was pleased with his work, professionalism, and timeliness. I plan to use this Company for my future electrical needs."
