"Chad and Rebecka were great! I’ll be honest, I called a couple big name companies who just wanted to replace my motor all together before I found Golden Garage. They knew the whole motor didn’t need to be replaced and did everything they could to fix it- and they did exactly that. They didn’t just try one thing and throw in the towel and I’m so appreciative of that. They were responsive and very personable. I would 10/10 recommend them."

"This company is honestly a waste of time. I scheduled an appointment with them yesterday (6/28) and they let me know the tech was running behind and they might not get there until today (6/29) which is fine I had already had that portion confirmed. This morning, I get a call and it was intense from the start. She let me know that yes she had called yesterday and let me know that the tech was running behind but she DID NOT SAY that they would just go today. She said "if they can't go today then they will go tomorrow." She was very rude to me and hardly let me get a word in to explain myself and say I know, that is what I had told the resident. I called her three times this morning just to confirm that they were still going to go today (6/29) since I figured they did not go yesterday because I did not get a response and I spaced out the times that I called. She was very upset by the fact that I called three times so I do not want anyone else to make this mistake. This company is just overall rude and disrespectful and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone. Response to company: You could have told me you didn't trust property management companies and not taken on the job. Instead, you lead me on and made us think you were going to take care of the job for us. Yelling at your customers is not good business and that is why I wouldn't recommend anyone to you. Thank you for responding to my review versus calling and explaing this. Instead, I found a better company who completed the job in a professional manner and was able to put their trust in us."

"My spring broke and was going to try to fix on our own but decided not to. Called Golden in the morning and he was there in the afternoon on time and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Will definitely use them for future service when needed. Other local company still hasn’t called me back. Price was $25 less than quoted over the phone too! Love businesses that actually do what they say, hard to find anymore. Good job!"

"Very responsive and honest people. We called about a garage door problem, they reprogrammed our garage, lubricated the hinges, and told us to call them when we were ready to replace it. They refused to let us pay for that visit which was so kind. Eventually we decided to replace the unit which they did for us in less than 24 hours and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for any of your garage door needs."

"What a shining example of how a business should operate! I needed a repair to my garage door. Golden Garage Door Services came out the next day, right when they said they would and did the repair. They came out on the weekend, didn't charge me anything extra for a non-week day. They didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need - - they just fixed my problem perfectly. We need more businesses like this one! True to their work and they autographed their work with quality!"
