"I should preface this by saying Dr. Aggarwal is great, her staff isn't. When I took my 2-month-old son in for his immunizations, they didn't have 1 of 3 the treatments he needed, even though they knew a month in advanced about the appointment. They "ran out" is the excuse they gave us. So when they got it in they called me and told me I could come in that same day to receive the immunization. I dropped what I was doing and went straight to the office. Once I arrived I was turned away because the doctor said it would be better to wait a few more weeks since he didn't receive the treatment with the other 2 immunizations at his 2 month appointment. Extremely frustrating to deal with that. THEN when my son (now 3 months old) was constipated during a weekend, I called first thing Monday morning for advice on how to take care of him at home. Left a message with a staff member and was told I would receive a call with directions. Well, NEVER received a call back. Thank god the internet was more helpful then my doctor's office. AND THEN the final straw that broke the camel's back, my son was exposed to COVID-19. Thankfully not showing any symptoms, but I'm a new mom and I would like a doctor's opinion on any over-the-counter options to prevent him from getting sick aka immunity boosters. WELL called twice during office hours and kept getting a voicemail. I'm so done. This office staff is a complete let down. I can't rely on this Dr. Aggarwal's team to make sure my son receives the care he needs. Already scheduled my son's 4-month appointment with a new doctor's office."

"My babies ages 4 and 2 have been seeing Dr Aggarwal since birth! I absolutely stand on my statement! She is an AMAZING Dr! Very patient and thorough! My babies never fear visiting her! Her staff is just as amazing! They all have gentle bedside manner and follow up is excellent! Currently expecting and of course she will be the Ped Dr on call for my delivery! Her husband Dr Chandra was my 2nd born’s neonatologist when he was born at 37 weeks! Very intelligent, thorough and kind duo!"
