"Rates coming going up and up, with no communication. Then a significant increase and when I called I was 3X we are short handed and can’t find the right people, and can’t call everyone. The. Was told someone would call back and try to assist, and nothing. When I went in to cancel, didn’t even ask why."

Unfortunately my car was totaled and while I did receive compensation for my vehicle I was told I would also get my deductible refunded since I wasn't at fault for the incident. Haven't received anyword on my refund."
