"Got to see provider Joanne very quickly, as I had not been feeling well for some time that was refreshing. The provider listened thoroughly and was patient with me and took the time to explain things. I'm happy I found this place in Hobart as I had recently just moved here! Thank you!"

"I’ve been to this urgent care multiple times and have always had a great experience. Went there Tuesday, all the staff, even the Nurse Practitioner was nice and courteous. I will continue to go here for any of my urgent non emergency medical issues."

"I have been to this facility on many occasions with no issues. Unfortunately, there is a first time for everything on 4/24/2023. No issues with front staff or nursing assistant. However, the nurse practitioner Joann was another case. She showed why I prefer to not to deal with some nurse practitioners. She was rude and kept interrupting me when I was asking questions. Then, finally she just walked out abruptly. It was as if she was saying that I am tired of talking to you, so I am gone. I have NEVER seen this done. Some of her comments need to be watched, you don't make comments on what someone can afford. She saw a patient come in casually dressed, so her assumption is that she can't afford over the counter medicine. We are in new age where people work from home casually or professionally dressed. You don't know their career profession unless they tell you. Trust me if you knew it, then you would know not to prejudge anyone! Nurse practitioner Joann - if you don't want to do your job, then get out of the profession. It takes being professional, listening to patients, not being rude, showing compassion, and not prejudging anyone. These characteristics are important to me when dealing with anyone that is represented in the doctorial field. When you are paying for a service, you don't have to tolerate unprofessionalism."

"Absolutely terrible place to go. They would not print my return to work form from my email because of "company policy" So I had to leave and print it at CVS. After that, I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes. When they finally called my name, they told me there wasn't a male on shift to do my physical. They sent me to the crown point location. Once I got there. Everything changed. They provided me with an email address to send my documents to and print. I also completed my physical without seeing a male throughout my whole process. Everything the hobart location said they couldn't do, the crown point location did with ease."

"As someone who works in the medical field, I would have to say I’m very shocked I received the treatment I had received yesterday. The treatment I had received from the front staff and the assistant nurse was absolutely amazing, whereas the treatment I received from the provider was the exact opposite of that . I went in for an urgent care visit due to exposure of RSV, COVID-19, and Influenza. When I was asked by both the front staff and the assistant nursing staff of my symptoms i had been experiencing, they were both very quick, easy, and I confirmed and went into detail when asked. The assistant nurse and staff wrote down my symptoms on a form (chart I’m presuming). The nurse then took my vitals, in which I wasn’t let known I had a bit of a fever, which is okay because it was still documented. Soon afterwards the nurse practitioner barged in and then continued to question (more of an interrogation I would say) of when my symptoms “actually started”. She then throughout the appointment had made numerous rude comments on what I should have and shouldn’t take when I’ve been prescribed these medications and/or advised by doctors to take. She proceeded to tell me that I “am fine and appear fine” and she doesn’t understand how I’m having these symptoms. I then started thinking wow. So when she comes in to tell me I am positive for any one of these infectious diseases, she would feel silly. Ten minutes later she comes in. Her tone of voice has changed whereas she starts to begin to feel sympathetic, she continues telling me my results (being positive for the flu) and what I should and shouldn’t take. it’s as if, I don’t know, that bedside manner that she should have learned and trained for in schooling to for care patients with finally kicked In. After we discussed treatment options with the medical history that I have, she then finally let it be known that I did have a fever and I should take Tylenol for that. Now that last statement she had said right before she literally zoomed out of the room has me thinking she didn’t even take a look at my vitals, look at my chart, or even discuss with the assistant about me being there. I look forward to seeing the bedside manner of the providers improving and I really truly hope that she doesn’t treat each patient as if they’re lying about their symptoms and I really hope for whatever reason she felt was valid to speak and act like that towards a sick patient was worth it."
