"These people are either Magicians or Miracle workers, take your pick, I am still deciding!! I havnt even started the process completely yet, because i still have a month on my policy....but long story short, my insurer jacked up my rates almost $50 with 0 infractions due to "higher costs of parts". I made one less than 10 minute call to these wonderful women, and immediately, I was quoted, and was given a plan so that upon my next renewal, I will actually be paying less, than the rate increase, AND even less than what my policy was before the rate increase WITH ADDED COVEREAGE TOO. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. You people are amazing and prove that not all heroes wear capes. (and i right this review before my new price increase even takes effect, because i know im in good hands with these folks.) FAMILY is in their name for a reason."
