His was heart broken, but loved his watch so much he continued to wear it even after the battery died. Regardless, with broken heart he said after he broke the glass he was going to toss it. I told him no, next day said I had to run some errands and stopped in Watches Unlimited. The gentleman was honest and told me the price of the repairs was worth more than the watch, to which I approved. Less than 24 hours and my husband is surprised with his favorite watch repaired. The man who ran the counter was very nice, professional and upfront."
"The BEST watch & repair store I’ve ever been too. Service is fast, high quality, and low price. I needed a watch repaired so I consulted 4 different repairmen in the area and John was the only person who even knew watch brand my watch was. The quote was finished in less than 5 minutes. The price was HALF the price of everyone else I spoke too. During the repair, John called me to ask about my preferences for the watch details and gave me advice about the best things to have. He was finished in a day! I will only ever take my watch needs to Watches Unlimited from now on."
