"You know, I didn’t even get to use Barnett for what I needed, but I was compelled to do a review because of their professionalism and friendliness. I called before they probably should have been open and was kindly helped by their dispatcher and main office lady queen :-) I was working to get help from a couple of different plumbers based on neighbor’s recommendation, and Barnett was one he recommended. The other company had already started the steps in our process, and in the meantime Barnett called me back and was ready to send someone out the Same day. Barnett had worked me in, and she gave me an estimate on labor and cost that seemed fair. If I have needs in the future, I will contact Barnett plumbing. It’s things like this that make me proud to do local business in and around the Florence and Killen area."

"Barnett plumbing sent two men out to dig up and replace a frost proof hydrant, an outside hydrant. They charged me $613.00. $253.00 material. You can buy a frost proof hydrant for $81.00. They charged $360.00 labor. They had to go get a hydrant. They were gone for over an hour which they charged me $120.00 per hour for that. I ask why he didn't bring a hydrant with him. He said they didn't know what they needed. It was an outside hydrant! Barnett plumbing will never be back on my property."

"It started with calling Lisa Monday afternoon/evening and explaining the situation. Lisa was kind, knowledgeable and fantastic to speak with. Then one of her techs came out Matthew on Tuesday afternoon. He was right on time, actually listened while I told him what was going on and went right to work. He was able to pinpoint the issue within about 15 minutes and had it fixed roughly 45 minutes later. I can't thank Barnett Plumbing enough for the relief of having everything work wonderfully after about 8 years. Thanks Lisa and Matt you two are the exact reason we will also look to Barnett in the future!!!!!"

"Had a galvanized water line that was busted under a house. I needed it fixed that same day, as we had an inspection the following day. They got it done same day and for a reasonable price. Both plumbers that showed up were very polite and professional and the office staff was great to work with! Definitely recommend using Barnett!"
