"After buying my Gravley mowers and a few pieces of Stihl equipment from Oakley Napa in Florence I was disappointed to find out that that is where it ends with them. Once you need service it is a whole different ballgame. The service takes forever, they barley warranty anything, they could careless about anything but putting money in their pocket, you are only a sale to them!! I have since started taking my business to Kiel Equiment in Russellville. Jamie, Allen, and the guys in the shop go above and beyond to get you back up and going and make sure your equipment is in tip top shape when it leaves. They make it a point to know who you are and treat you like a friend instead of just another sale. It is a little further for me to take my mowers and equipment to them but it is well worth the drive!!! I appreciate all that the guys at Kiel Equipment do to help me keep my business up and going."
