"I purchased a stove from Bob Wallace on December 23rd. Everything about my experience was fantastic!! Great customer service, wonderful personalities! They were super engaging and accommodating! I didn't have anything delivered, but earlier in the process, it looked as though I would need it. With it being so close to Christmas, the delivery service was not available, however, the salesman offered to deliver my stove for me that Tuesday. I was so grateful but thankfully, I was able to have it picked up the same day. Service-A Price-A Quality -A I'll definitely shop there again."

"Very poor service, to say the least. Bought refrigerator several years ago. During delivery the front door to the refrigerator AND entry storm door was scratched. This was a new refrigerator. The delivery guys took pics and said it’d be replaced. Still waiting! Yes I asked the guy at Bob Wallace and he acted as if he couldn’t care less. NO. I, personally would not waste my hard earned money again! Go to a “big box” store-at least it’ll be cheaper!"
