"Ok place to buy automotive parts in an emergency. More expensive than online stores. Workers not very knowledgeable or helpful. Recently they ordered a tail light turn signal socket for our vehicle. Well my husband tried to install it and the part wasnt the correct one for our vehicle. No return policy because the turn signal socket is electronic part. $50.00 down the drain even though they store ordered the wrong part. Will be using another auto parts store from now on."
"My husband and I came in because my daughters car would not jump off from a dead battery. Harley helped us with the new battery and answered all my questions of how to install the battery. We were first timers at this! After we installed the battery at home, I sent my daughter to get the core return. I told her to ask for Harley. I felt sure he would take care of her. She texted me to let me know that Harley had not only looked at her battery but her alternator. She said you can just tell he is a good person and made her feel a lot better with his kindness. Thanks Auto Zone and Harley for taking such good care of us!"
"I've always had a phenomenal experience with Harley and the rest of the original crew that's been there for the last year or two. As a previous technician I loved working with those who knew what I needed, but as of recently they got all new people in there and my god do they suck at their jobs. One of them today didn't even know how to pull up my commercial account or even know how to accept a check lol. God awful service. I can bring in the exact part I need and they start asking each other where it might be in the store they work at and still get it wrong. Lol wild"
"I have ONLY compliments for the employees at this store! I pulled into their parking lot just before my car shut down. The manager discovered that the engine belt had disintegrated. From recommending nearby mechanics to selling the needed materials to telling me other danger signs to watch for, she and one of her employees did everything possible to get me safely back on the road. They definitely went "above and beyond" what I had any right to expect from them. Thank you!!!"
"The store manager Marie is an absolute legend. She took time out of her lunch break to come to my car and make sure everything was done correctly when I had battery/alternator issues. If you’re having car troubles this should be your first stop"
