"Dr lam and staff were very caring and professional when I took Scrappy my cat to their clinic."

"Dr. Lamb is a treasure as are a couple of his techs. However, the recent change of front desk staff is a disaster. Several of us waited over 20 minutes for someone to show up at the desk. The new person is disorganized and inefficient. Things are often out of stock. Not having health insurance offered to keep good staff is really a shame"

"We brought our dog to Dr. Lamb, he did some tests... she ended up dying at the emergency vet before we found out what was going on. Dr. Lamb was trying to be thorough with the testing, which we appreciate. But I was surprised at the clinic's response after she died. It was an unavoidable death, but the fact we didn't get any sort of condolences from the office was really strange. We canceled the ultrasound scheduled for the day after she died and no one ever reached out to say they were sorry she had passed."

"Adopted a dog they had received. Picked up after she was fixed. She was not clean, still had dead fleas on her backside and under chin when I bathed her because she kept scratching. Very irritated skin all over belly and groin from shaving for fixing. Never spoke with a Vet regarding anything they did or knew about her. Right eye looks very cloudy with some type of discharge and now I'll have to deal with the eye problem. They wrote in my paperwork she is 10, which I never knew but is okay with me. They sure did not clean her up for a proper adoption which pisses me off."
