She was actually working alone during the time I was there and She continued to work with a smile on her face and was just as patient and attentive to one customer as she was to the next one! "09/21/2022, Dear CVS, the staff at the CVS pharmacy at the Homewood Target, 531 Brookwood Village, Homewood, AL, are wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Tuesday, 09/20, Elizabeth scheduled appointments for me, Mark Elders and my brother Tim Elders to get our flu shots, pneumonia shots, and shingles shot too. Elizabeth is very professional, very nice, and she wrote a note of our appointment. Today, Wednesday, 09/21, we arrived for our shots. Ashley, Shelby, and Mallory all said hello to me and my brother by name. Shelby prepared our shots and asked if we had any questions. Mallory gave us our shots, and she made sure we understood what each shot was and Mallory made sure we were comfortable too. Shelby wrote a schedule of when to come back for a second Shingles shot, and Shelby and Mallory asked us how we felt after fifteen minutes, and Shelby let us select a CVS souvenir stress ball each for getting the flu shots. Ashley checked us out the day earlier when I picked up some prescriptions, and she was so nice today, as she has always been. Every member of the staff at this particular CVS is knowledgeable, skilled, and has excellent interpersonal skills which make the visit go very smoothly each trip to this CVS, with little to no wait time. and I was seen at the scheduled time with no wait.
