"02/15/2024: I went to this pharmacy to get my flu shot. I was in the process of getting new insurance, but I did not mind paying the $64 for the vaccine. However, the lady with the glasses who was trying to assist me was not that friendly and kind of rude. I don’t know if she was new there, but I would have appreciated if she would have called me up to the consultation window versus trying to discuss issues with my insurance out in the open for other customers to hear. Confidentiality is everything. That just made me uncomfortable. Thank you to the pharmacy manager for making this proccess quick and painless. Also, thank you to the pharmacy clerk who took my payment and sharing her beautiful smile. Her kind compliment made my day!"

"I went there to get my third vial of insulin after Publix told CVS they only had two. CVS wouldn't sell me my usual three saying "the system had kicked me out." I believe that was the phrase the clerk used. The reason given was that it was too expensive! My copay was only $70--much less than I have paid when in the GAP. I was totally out of insulin. CVS called Publix and was told they only had two vials. My daughter drove me there and I paid $70 with my debit card. I was told to come back for the third. I went there Friday, the 14th of June and was told they had no knowledge that I only received two vials. Then they refilled my prescription for three vials without my request. I wish now that I had refused and walked away. I am now using a privately-owned pharmacy. I am beginning to get used to being taken advantage of being old, but I do not appreciate it.
