"The words 'bed bugs'. NO WAY!"
"This is the worst place I’ve seen in my life and I might not even have enough room to type all this. I reached out to everyone I could find in upper management/the owners and never received a response. All phone calls were terrible customer service. Not to mention the fact that I was hung up on constantly. I called the health department out and they actually apologized to me for the fact that I had to live there. Apparently there was a dead guy in the appt across from me that wasn’t found for 6 weeks! My apartment was not clean when I moved in even though the “fee” they charge “goes towards cleaning after each person.” From day one, it was infested with fleas and roaches. Apparently the maintenance guys refused to work in there at first. It was hell on earth and I pray that place gets shut down. If you value your sanity, do not live here. I wish I could rate zero stars."
"Management is never around to see what really goes on. Watched multiple drug deals go on, as did my children. Maintenance requests go unattended for months or don't get responded to at all. Items placed in drop box for manager get lost and never received by manager. Hopefully with the new company taking over, there will be improvements as there are many updates that need to be made to the buildings."
"THEY HAVE A CONSISTANT LICE AND BED BUG INFESTATION! not to mention when you move out they will charge you for things that arent even true or your fault!!!!!!!!!!!!!! all the neighbors were on drugs and cops were there constantly! drugs were made, sold, and used in half the buildings. i saw grown adults pulling knives and guns on eachother and beating eachother up in the yard areas.. and it is NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN!!"
"They have bed bugs and don't inform anyone. Someone in our building had them and no one told us, now we have them and my down stairs neighbor and they are making us pay for exterminator. They still didn't inform other tenants, I personally went to each unit and informed them."
