"We have had an amazing experience with Indiana Fertility. Dr. Provost is the sweetest! We had been at another fertility clinic that was really pushy about IVF without really assessing the root fertility issues in my husband and I. We told her that we weren’t super comfortable with jumping straight to IVF and she told us that she wasn’t going to try to sell us on any plan other than what we were comfortable with. She set us up for an IUI while also helping me get my PCOS under control. Everyone in the staff was also really sweet and they worked with us and other hospitals easily so we could avoid a 2.5 hour commute for ultrasounds and blood work. Dr. Provost comforted us when we miscarried our first baby and she celebrated with us when we had our first ultrasound for our twins! Going through infertility is one of the hardest things a person could experience, but Indiana Fertility definitely made it easier!"
"Had a fantastic experience with Dr Provost here, she was kind and professional during a very difficult experience. Would love to work with her again. I would not recommend working with Dr Jarrett just based on the two phone calls we had due to medical emergencies. He seemed annoyed every time we spoke to him outside of standard clinic hours (again due to emergent medical issues). This would be a five star review but to echo other people, the billing department and office staff are a nightmare. You can call during office hours and the phones will be off for no discernible reason. The billing person gave us probably five different quotes along the way and now, 9 months later sent us a random bill for something she promised was covered by insurance. Also, some of the nurses are really rude which is hard enough during normal experiences, but is especially hard when you are undergoing fertility and hormone treatments. Wish they had a better staff since you spend 90% of your time working with them and only 10% with your actual doctor. Just know going in you will have to fight to get the correct financial and billing information and be your own advocate/educate yourself on everything because they do not provide good assistance in that aspect."
