"I lived at Eastgate from 2019-2023. Sheila is amazing, the atmosphere is quiet, and the only downside is maintenance had a turnover and the new guys are rude and inconsiderate."

"I've lived in Eastgate since 2005. I wouldn't move anywhere else. NO UTILITIES in EASTGATE APTS. Anytime anything goes wrong, maintance is right on it! They have to because it's Sec 8/HUD The best Sec 8 apt complex around. Nice APTS"
"My sister Mary lou has lived at those apartments for 9 years and has been broken into twice. She spoke with Sheila and corporate and they refuse to help in anyway. The drug abuse is way out of control here. She is currently looking to move."
