"The residents are not made to feel important by the management the management. Light fixtures are hanging down by the fireplace room hanging down by the fireplace room nothing's been done about that 1 resident lives here about a month out of the year about a month out of the year and gets by with it different rules for different strokes for different rules for different strokes for different folks I guess what a riot this place is now what arrived at this place is not!"
"Low income mixed with people who pay high rent. Things constantly breaking and taking forever to get fixed. Filthy hall areas with children running up and down the halls unsupervised at all hours of the day. They make it look pretty when you look at the apartment. After you are there the shoddy workmanship shows through. Drywall cracks and they don't fix it."
