"Trashy dirty mice ridden complex that's been disgusting since the 90s. Health department needs to shut them down. Out of all the apartments in SB/Mishawaka these are on the bottom of the list &they always have been. I'd never ever live there a friend of mines daughter almost moved in and I told her I've lived Mish/SB my entire life, do not put your child in those dirty apts not to mention the things that go on there. I would never let my child live there. They been diqusting nothing new. For those who live there now they prob aren't from here and do not know they are living in one of the trashiest places in the area. Just from someone who's been in the area their entire life these aren't it. Find yourself a nice place take it up a few notches give yourself some credit you deserve better."
