"I lived here 2017-18. It was my first apartment and for my son and I (1y.o.). I loved every single thing about creekside. I always felt safe. I loved the size and price of our 1 bd. They have a pool and small park put also within walking distance of another park. Office staff was kind. And there was never and there was never an issue with parking. Truly if didn't move back to indianapolis, I'd still be there because nothing compares."
"Creekside is so quiet and quaint. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rent prices are the most bang for your buck in Michiana! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they don't have hours they are open to accommodate people who work 8-5 M-F."
"Creekside is a great place to live. The Manager Cindy goes out of her way to help everyone in the community. We have had a few bad eggs land here that are disruptive and in general not good neighbors. I can guarantee any one that would leave a bad review was one of those bad eggs that nobody wants to live near. If you're looking for an apartment take my word and go meet Cindy and have a look at Creekside."
"I lived at Creekside for 1 year 2008-2009. Currently, I am looking for an apartment complex that is like this one because it's so nice. The leasing staff was wonderful, but now they have come under new management. The price is reasonable! It's very quiet, calm and beautiful, there's a park for the kids and a lot of space to walk a dog. Only small dogs are allowed though, and cats I think. The buildings are old, but kept in great condition. I didn't have a problem with anything while I was there, it was all in good order. The pool is small, but enough to entertain children, the parking is good, you have an assigned spot. It's really safe, my husband left his keys on top of his car one night and no one stole his car or removed anything from inside, we were shocked and you can imagine how angry I was with my husband! I had a one bedroom apartment and it was really spacious. I had great countertop space and a lovely area for a dining room set and a living room set. I loved it there, and even now I wish I could go back, but I'm living in another state. I hope this is helpful."
