"I just want to say thanks to Morgan the office manager. A friend of ours recently stayed with us and left some items at our house. Long story short, we shipped the items to her old address in Happy Hollow by mistake. Morgan was kind enough to contact the new tenants and retrieve the package! This was a very kind gesture and was greatly appreciated! She totally helped out an old tenant! The kiddo now has his favorite singing elephant again! (Sorry Mom, lol) Thank you Morgan! You rock!"

"I lived here for three years from 2019-2022. I honestly couldn't be happier. First of all, the location is perfect if you're a Purdue student. It's just far enough off campus to allow you to get a parking pass. And if you want to bike to classes, you still can, though it's a bit of an uphill climb on the way back. It's also very close to Sagamore if you need groceries or anything, and Happy Hollow Park, which was a common walk I'd do. Aside from that, the building itself is great! It has a very nice and clean exterior appearance and the parking lots were always rather pristine. As far as the interior goes, I can only speak to my apartment itself, but it was a great layout--spacious and very functional. More than enough for me! I really liked the wood floors. Every appliance worked flawlessly and I personally never had any issues with them. I only ever encountered very minor maintenance issues and when I reported them, they were tackled usually the same or next day. Additionally, despite living there for three years, my rent price barely went up. Only by something like $50, and $30 of that was because I got a cat! The internet was part of the rental package and it was super fast and likely cheaper than getting it directly from MetroNet or anywhere else. Power barely ever went out despite some crazy storms, and the AC's worked flawlessly throughout the years. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place. If you're looking for a place that feels cozy but doesn't cost your entire paycheck, this is likely a great choice. Whenever I had people over, they were quite impressed with the way it looked, having never really heard of the place before. Seems to be a bit of a hidden gem."

"Pros: - Great location, I loved being within walking distance to nearby grocery stores and Happy Hollow Park, and buses stop right outside the apartments - Rent is pretty reasonable and most utilities are included - MetroNet service is great - Appliances in the apartment were good, never had any issues with them during my time here - The move-in process was quick and easy, and staff is generally nice Cons: The rent is reasonable, but it's reflected in the smaller things. - Walls and floors are thin - if noise is a dealbreaker for you, I wouldn't recommend living here. We had downstairs neighbors that were constantly complaining about noise even if we were just walking around our apartment with no shoes on, and there have been several cases where I could hear music/people dropping things upstairs. - The floors look nice but my apartment had warps, dips and creaks in some spots. - Whoever painted our apartment before we moved in did a sloppy job. There are paint drops on the floors in several locations. The laminate for the kitchen countertops was peeling in some places when we moved in too. - The laundry room is honestly really dirty. I've only seen it cleaned maybe 2 or 3 times in the entire year I've lived here, and even then it's still dirty and has bugs and exposed wires. The machines are also overpriced. - Landscaping is mediocre, there are areas that have been overgrown for ages - They set up a package room around Christmas that was honestly pretty confusing. The amount of packages wouldn't fit in the lockers so they just dumped them on the floor. The system would send an alert if you had a package for pickup, but it was usually much later after it was dropped off or you would get no alert at all, leaving you without the code to access your package. It was also inconsistent whether your package would be dropped at the package room or at your front door. I haven't had a package delivered to the package room in maybe 6 months now anyway. Seems to defeat the purpose of having one when they don't deliver to it. - Our car was vandalized while living here. I don't blame the property owners but the lack of cameras or surveilance (I do see police cars around sometimes) is a little concerning and we had to spend over $700 to get it fixed. Response from the office was "I'm sorry this happened" Overall, I would recommend living here if you aren't too picky about noise or perfectly maintained apartments."
