"We are new to the area, so we haven’t establish a primary care physician yet. My knee was very painful for a couple of days. I decided to have it checked. From the woman at the front desk to the nurse and urgent care physician, all were helpful, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. An X-ray was done in the exam room, and I had the results and recommendations within the hour. The facility was clean, modern , and accessible. I would recommend them to anyone in need of urgent care help."

"Everyone we interacted with, from the first phone call to the checkout process, was very professional and quick to help us. They verbally disclosed that it was after hours so it would be billed as an ER visit. They told me they could treat my child even though no ped was on site. Thankfully they were not busy, and my kiddo was in and out in under 30 minutes. Such a great service, thank you!"

"One of our kids was not feeling well today. Wanted to give this place one more try after a negative experience with a care provider (during peak Covid so trying to give some grace). When checking in, the person at the front counter gave us a form to sign. Thankfully I read it before signing. They were operating as ER only due to the holiday. That's fine, but that needs to be verbally disclosed. I asked and she confirmed it would be billed as an ER visit. I declined, to which she said, everyone is billing ER today. Went to ASV Urgent Care on Hazel Dell and they were great! Timely, friendly, billed as urgent care. Saved several hundred dollars by going elsewhere, Riverview."

"We had a very unfortunate experience at the Westfield Urgent care this morning with my daughter and thankfully I didn't let that deter me from trying this one. My daughter is 8 years old..we just went through strep a month ago at our house.. she started with symptoms again last night. Dr Zaidi in Westfield completely dismissed my husband and daughter. Told them her throat looked fine and if she had strep a month ago she didn't need tested or treated. Many other things happened you can see the rest on my negative review of their facility. However this facility was amazing, caring and appropriate. They were honest .. they tested her which she was positive for strep. Also due to her throat being so swollen they started her on steroids with the antibiotic. I am so thankful that they were compassionate and did their job. The doctor even called me on the phone to discuss everything since I'm clinical and my husband is not. So thankful my daughter is getting the treatment she need so she will be better in time for Christmas. I will go here from now on."
