"The woman who allegedly manages the office is NEVER in the office. She NEVER answers the phone. And when you literally have to sit outside of the office, sometimes for hours before she comes to the facility, SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE……..NO PROFESSIONALISM. She appears to be racist or prejudice, because myself and a Caucasian woman was both standing there and she literally overlooked me and made contact with her with a smile and greeting. How can this place operate under Equal Housing? She wouldn’t even take my application. She said I was late when I was there before the other woman."
"The lady in the office is extremely rude and should be working in the office if you can’t address people with respect and greet people the right way .. she doesn’t answer phones nor return calls I’ve left multiple voicemails.. she’s giving this place a bad look"

"This place isn't good at all people over there live with mold in their apts where you smell the mold walking into the building the maintenance doesn't fix nothing the office manager is a joke she's cruel and unprofessional"
"Been here living for 3 years... Maint gets on issues quickly... Clean... Respectful personal.... If there are any issues one email and they are working on the issue. Apartments are comfortable ... Walk in closet.... No complaints here ******Update Still here.... Still happy 2023"
