"They recently switched out the wifi for an "improved and newer" system. Instead, there is now no ethernet access at all and the wifi speed is at an all time low. When asking the office about wifi speeds, we are told to contact the third party wifi provider, which puts you on hold and never addresses your problem. It's impossible to do any work in my room with basic websites barely loading."

"Very poor maintenance work, left a fan blowing to dry under our sink for 1.5 weeks so that they could fix the flooring there and still didn’t fix it. Maintenance ended up just taking away the fan saying they didn’t and won’t forget about us. It’s been another 4 weeks and they clearly have forgotten about us. The refrigerator was missing a shelf and still has not been fixed. There is no longer ethernet after they switched the wifi and so my PC can no longer access the internet. Very poor management and the front desk is little no no help on most matters. Edit: Most issues were fixed within a few days after posting the review. Changed to 3 star from 1 star. Edit*: Station 21 switched to a different wifi provider in Fall 2023 and disabled all the ethernet ports. The wifi is now terrible, sometimes even with basic youtube videos being unable to load. The lack of ethernet and internet instability also means it is impossible to run any type of online video game or something in need of continuous, reliable internet. Whenever a tenant mentions the poor internet to Station 21, they just say to call the internet provider and when called, the internet provider puts you on hold for hours never picking up. Has moved rating back to one star."

"Edit: Came back to update my review. FINALLY got internet working and the WiFi extenders reinstalled. Also was pleasantly surprised that the pot holes got fixed in the parking lot. Overall a good place to live with good staff."

"Beginning 12/1/2023 Station 21 started using a new portal (Rp) for payments; they charge a $2.95 fee for ACH auto payments from a bank account. This is unheard of for ACH payments and is a rip-off. It is a convenience for them as well as the payor."

"Woke up to find my mattress had bed bugs the day after moving in. It has been six days since then, and each day after asking about getting a replacement mattress I was told that I would have it that same evening or the next morning. I still don't have a new mattress. I understand maintenance may be dealing with lots of issues, but I would think that bed bugs would be a priority, in addition to maybe not woefully overpromising results. Edit: 2 --> 3 stars Situation was resolved the day after posting, location still struggles with quality control but the office in general seems to be helpful"
