The Ivy Towns and Flats

"We lived in IVY for two years, and our review is simple: "This is not a place you can call home." From the very beginning, living there was a hassle. The previous management failed to inform us that there were no ceiling fans in the apartment, and we had to rent them separately. It took months before they installed them after we requested them. The buildings are poorly made, and the walls and ceilings are so thin that you can hear everything that's happening in the surrounding areas, even if someone is walking up the stairs. The maintenance service is terrible. They seem to know how to break things but not how to fix them. When you request service, they will often leave things in worse condition, usually held together by white paper tape. If you complain, they will try to blame you and deny responsibility for their shoddy work. Finally, when you move out, they will do everything they can to keep your deposit. You will see various charges imposed on you, and most of them will add up to the amount of your deposit."

It is conveniently located near shopping centers, restaurants, and major transportation routes. Moreover, the management and staff deserve special praise for their responsiveness and professionalism. They are always available to address any concerns or maintenance issues promptly."

The gym facilities are excellent - clean, well-maintained, and comfortably uncrowded."

"Beautiful apartments that are well kept on the inside and out. Pricing is superb compared to other rentals in the area that don’t look half as aesthetic as The Ivy apartments. Great location and very pet friendly, with nearby areas to walk pets and explore. Public amenities are always in clean condition. Also, they recently introduced valet trash pickup which is handy. During the warmer months the lawns and landscape are always very well kept! Having an attached garage has been so convenient in the colder months, as well as having that additional storage. Both times I’ve called for maintenance there was a less than 10 minute wait and they went above and beyond than what was expected to help me clean up an issue. Overall, I have had a great experience from the start with The Ivy and its team. The staff is very interactive and regularly putting on seasonal events that keep residents engaged within the community. I’ll definitely be here for awhile."
