Continuum Apartments West Lafayette

"My experience living at Continuum has been great. The amenities are top-notch, and the apartments have tall ceilings and thoughtful design. What truly distinguishes this place is the exceptional staff. I've consistently had positive interactions with them – they are incredibly helpful. On one occasion, they went above and beyond by coming to my apartment after hours on the weekend to provide me with a replacement key when my original one went missing due to a broken key ring. While Continuum is pricy, it's undoubtedly a case of getting what you pay for."

"Like so many of the other reviews have already mentioned the constant fire alarms make this place borderline unlivable. The Continuum management is apparently not up to the task of solving the issue. Even though you can't cure stupid, you should be able to evict it! Trash management is also a constant issue that never seems to go away. I'll give it 2 stars since I like both the apartment itself and the location. The office is also very helpful when it comes to other issues."

"We have been living at Continuum for over a year now and my roommate and I are very happy with the layout of our apartment as it has its own bathrooms connected in the rooms with an additional guest bathroom. There are some defects from construction but the maintenance staff is very quick to respond, and they handle them professionally. We know that the prices are high but to be fair good luck finding quality housing in West Lafayette with the shortages. I find the management staff to be very friendly, haven't had any issues that have gone unsolved! The only complaint I have are the Fire Alarms, which I understand it's not the managements fault they haven't built the place but more the residents who either panic or act carelessly. The complex might try to act faster to close the alarms since there have been too many false ones. Maybe replace the fire detectors to less sensitive ones or tell residents they can turn off the fire alarms if they press on the buttons?"

"The leasing staff have been great to work with. Any of our questions have been resolved within a reasonable time. The apartments are modern and spacious. It is pretty quiet throughout the complex. We haven't had any issues while living here at Continuum!"

"To simply put it, I LOVE living here at Continuum. I have lived down on Chauncey, and off campus but the location of Continuum is one of my favorite aspects. Continuum is towards the outskirts of campus, leaving you close enough to walk to class in 10 minutes, but also far enough that you do not hear any parties or students being crazy. The staff her is phenomenal, they take the time to learn all of the residents names and interact with the residents whenever they walk past. The staff also stays after hours to host parties and events for the residents to go to, and these events are actually fun and often times include food, drinks, and awesome prizes.This apartment has great amenities (pool, workout room, study room, game room/common area) that are always clean and well-kept. The apartments themselves are extremely nice and spacious, which is rare in most college apartments (the fourth floor even has higher ceilings giving the apartments a more homey feeling). I know that there are a lot of complaints about the fire alarms, but they have seemed to resolve this issue as there has only been one alarm in the past few months. Unfortunately the staff here at Continuum can not control what goes on inside of the residents apartments, but I feel that they are doing their best. You definitely get what you pay for with these apartments, and they are much cheaper than some of their competitors down in Chauncey Square. If you are contemplating moving to Continuum I highly recommend this apartment."
