"Thd Apartment is very nice, but the up keep of the hallways are not to my standards. I wish someone would vacuum the carpet in the hallways and clean the concrete steps. The doors are disgusting as well."

"All other calls have been excellent but the last one was very short of a good go. The water issue was a concern but handled poorly. No reason but to take bad water coming from the faucet like milk to be as I should expect it is as told from your staff. No reason or result."

"We have lived here for a few years and up until now, we have had minimal complaints. I have gone back and forth about posting a review because I hate leaving negative reviews but it’s gotten to the point where it’s so frustrating that something needs to be said. Why hasn’t anything been done about the front entrance flood in months? I mean since at least July or August the entrance has been flooded and it’s now October. I’ve noticed a difference in my car from driving through the puddle every day that I will now had to add additional time to my commute to avoid any further issues with my car because the apartment complex REFUSES to fix the issue. Now delivery services cannot get through which is also frustrating when I pay extra to have a package delivered today yet they can’t get through because of the pond at the main entrance. I also think it’s really unfair to ask residents to use the entrance off Colorado because half of the road is closed due to construction. I’m sure my response to this review, if I even get one will be the same as others. “We take these concerns very seriously and we are working on a way to resolve this” Ive seen it on reviews from a MONTH ago yet…nothing has been done. Do better. Update: still flooded and smells awful. Reading the additional reviews regarding the flood is just a generic response “we’re so sorry for the inconvenience but rested assured we clearly aren’t going to resolve this issue because we don’t actually care about our tenants”. It’s going to freeze over soon and that entrance will no longer be accessible. DO BETTER."
