"Room was nice, and clean. Nice bed. Breakfast was okay. I thought the coffee in the breakfast room was pretty good for machine coffee. And this is right off the freeway. A vehicle right outside our room with a very loud muffler started up at 2am left and came back a half hr later."

From convenience of check-in, well done laundry service, absolutely clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast each morning... there is no doubt this property would fit well as a B/PLUS branded property! Everyone I interacted with was kind and incredibly polite. Sheena was the person I had the most interaction with and she was effortlessly multitasking while maintaining a quality result in whatever she did... I'll gladly stay here again and let others know of this experience. Great job, thank you!"
"I absolutely would not recommend doing business with any Best Western hotels. We made a reservation and our plans got changed through no fault of our own. We tried to cancel our reservations on the deadline day and were told that we were 3 hours past the deadline so they would be charging us the full rate. Now, I understand taking a deposit, but the full rate when we will not be there using any of their electricity or services is ridiculous. I will never do business with this chain of hotels again and I will post this review on every website I can find."
"Rooms were updated and clean plus it’s close to interstate and pet friendly. Hotel advertises as smoke free and they put the no smoking signs on the doors but my room smelled like an ashtray all night and really messed with allergies. Owner with unleashed pitbull was in parking lot."
"This wonderful family owned 2 Star hotel, provided 5 star service! Was there 11 days and never had a single issue. Room was always cleaned in a timely fashion. Everything in the room worked, even the freezer was defrosted! They’re very adorable. They never inconvenienced me once! They exceeded all my expectations! This will be my only stay when I pass through Columbus, Indiana."
