Our 2 dogs have never not wanted to go in which has been the case when we lived in Denver and also in Los Angeles. Lisa is a very accommodating owner. She works hard and is very reasonable especially if you've got any concerns or questions. The dogs always look great! We only lived in Hoover for 1 year but continue to drive from Irondale on a regular basis because we are pleased with the service.
