"The produce department was clean. I purchased navel ornages, juicy crunch tangerines, and blood oranges. Thus was the first time in this store as I am from out of town. It was very clean and good service."

"Always a pleasure shopping here. Truly, everyone makes themselves available to help and it always feels genuine and not forced. From Customer Service desk, to cashiers, pharmacy staff, butchers... you name it! Huge parking lot but if it's full, be patient. This can be a BUSY store depending on when you're going. Lots of other good shops in the same plaza/shopping center as well. Really solid location!"

"This place sucks. Avoid this publix at all costs. Managers on their phones instead of watching their floor. I came to pick up a prescription to be ready at 11 AM via text message and was told at counter it’ll be ready at 12 PM. Came back at 5 PM and still not ready. Went to the deli to pick up some soup and mash potatoes for my sick kids and everything is empty. Was told they have no idea when next batch will be ready. When I relayed all this information to the floor manager she had a smile of a donkey and said thanks and I’ll pass it along."

"First time in this Publix and I would say my first experience here was relatively pleasant but it took one little thing to change that. I’m shopping and I go to checkout.. there’s an issue with my payment (not sure why) so anyways I have to run out to my vehicle with my toddler and get another form of payment. So they saved my transaction so when I come back in I go to the customer service desk, pay, and go on about my night. I get to the customer service desk and I have to wait like 3-5 minutes.. no big deal. It’s my turn and my payment still isn’t going through for some reason.. and the lady that was “helping” me literally just stood there and greeted other customers as they were leaving the store, I get that it’s apart of your job to greet customers and what not. However, part of your job also is to help customers, it’s a part of customer service as well. Even if you think you can’t help, showing some sort of effort is better than none rather than just acting like you could care less about the customer in front of you. What tops it all is that, after I tried numerous times and finally got it to go through, all she had to say was “here’s your receipt” and give a nasty facial expression.. no have a great night or anything, after LITERALLY saying it to all the other customers that walked by, as I stood there struggling. You never know what someone’s day has been like or what they currently working through in life and for this worker to act the way she did, especially being a worker in customer service, it really made me feel some kind of way. Melody, I hope you treat your next customer with the same issue better!"
