"Went in to get a birthday cake for a party. The girls at the bakery spoke but that was about it. They did not offer any other help so I just grabbed a cake out of the freezer. The cashier was more concerned with something else she barely acknowledged me. When I asked for a bag she made a comment "well I guess if you have to have one. You'll just mess it up." I think her name was De according to my reciept. Publix service has gone way down the past few years."
"I requested assistance from the meet department to cut the rack of lamb I was purchasing and they refused. Another time I requested if they could cut the large jackfruit and they also refused. Not a very customer friendly supermarket. I've decided not to return. Not used to such attitudes."
"Nice, clean Publix location. Stopped in to grab a few things to tide me over on a weekend trip, found a few great sales and clearance products, PLUS was able to stack a Club Publix deal on top, so came out like a bandit. The staff were super friendly and helpful, as well."
"The best and they were so good. Publix Hoover Place did the cupcakes, I added the gold foil off of Amazon and the acrylic stand and lights from Amazon as well for my birthday! I asked for light and dark pink cupcakes. They were so moist and delicious!! Ordered online… everything was ready on time and love the gold like sprinkles."
