"After entering into this program they removed all of my top teeth, six implants on the top, two implants on the bottom. I was told this would take six months to complete the process, it took 18 months, 12 of those with no top teeth because the denture would not stay in place. The staff and dentists had no concern for me as a patient. Many times the work done had to be done again and again. When I was given a price of over $10,000 I was told they did not file insurance but I could. When I did file insurance I was told the codes were incorrect. After contacting the office I was told, "Because we are a nonprofit organization and we do not file with insurance we create codes that allow for these discounted prices and package prices that we offer." So now the entire price has been paid by me with no help from insurance. I would NOT recommend!!!"
