"Employees are not friendly at all. I always shop at the Oxford location, which I love. Thought I would try Trussville since I was in the area. I had a 30% off coupon that expired 11/18 which was the day I was there. Cashier wouldn't allow me to use it, saying it didn't start until 11/19 which was not true. Needless to say, I will not be going back to Trussville."

"Love shopping at the Trussville Kohl's Store. Employees are so friendly, always asking how I am, or if I need any help. Wish more stores had these helpful employees. I stick with Kohl's because of the employees and cleanliness of the store."

"I was in a hurry to find a nice outfit for my son’s baptism the following day. To my surprise, I was greeted my Mary Jackson and with a very warm smile on her face. She helped me with the correct sizes as well as showed me different pieces that would look great with the slacks and top I had chosen. She was pleasant, friendly and most of all had knowledge of the Women’s Dept. Once I explained the reason I was there she was genuinely as happy for me, as well as my son. I can honestly say, this is the 1st time anyone has ever offered to help me with the exception of the cashiers. I cannot say enough about Mary Jackson and her sunny disposition, anytime I return, no matter the reason, I’m going to be looking for Mary Jackson, I feel like I’ve made a new friend and she genuinely wanted me to look my very best! Every store should have their very own Mary Jackson and it would make some stores a lot more pleasant to shop in. I could not have found the items that she showed me and I bought everything she suggested and it was obvious that this was not strictly about making a sale. She is very helpful, knowledgeable and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I will always ask for her now."

"Hi there! I'm rating this one star because the employee environment there is completely toxic. I have autism and I was literally treated like a leper there every day by management. I had walked in on them talking mess about me every time I had a shift. I was a hard worker who busted my butt and not once did it appease them, because my social skills were not up to par with my peers I was an outcast. They need to treat their employees better. I quit recently because of it. You guys need to do better."
