"Horrible service I was told there was no hot and ready it would be 1-2 hour wait they had over 80plus orders ahead. So what you are telling me no one in line who drives up and orders can’t get pizza. I will not spend another dime at Little Caesars it’s always something at this location from rude to cold food to order not being ready. I will be contacting someone in a higher position because this is ridiculous. Went right next door to Dominos got my pizzas in 15-20 mins with being a walk in no problem shut that location down and just start over."
"Horrible wait time, no matter if you order ahead or not. The pizza tracker is a joke .... says it's ready, but get there and wait 20 minutes .....I'm still waiting ......FIND ANOTHER LOCATION"
"Currently sitting here for an hour waiting for 2 pizzas!! This is the slowest little Caesar’s ever! Nothing but high schoolers with nasty attitudes working here! I was told the wait wasn’t going to be longer than 5 minutes and yet it’s been an hour with several other cars waiting as well! Then they laugh in your face and act as they don’t care about you waiting! Getting off work and picking up kids from daycare you’ll expect this to be an easy solution for dinner I was better off going to the grocery store! Tried to get a refund and they act like that was an hassle. MIGHT AS WELL SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN"
"I placed an order through the app and they told me I was too early. I waited in a parking spot for 15 to 20 minutes for them to hand me lukewarm pizzas. Also, one of the pizzas was not even cut AND one of my pizzas was incorrect. I tried to call the store to alleviate this but the automated message says that they are not accepting orders at this location and hangs up on me. It looked like the staff were too busy socializing to care about their customers. Very disappointed."
"Horrible service and my food wasn't even ready after waiting for over an hour to get my pizza. Dude at the window said that he don't know what happened to my food. Then I had to wait for my food to be cooked and they served me some half cut pizza with toppings just thrown on there. Never will they get my money again. They need to get rid of everyone that work there and rehire a new crew. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible service."
